Speculations on finale

I'm not sure if I'm even allowed to start such a thread so if not, please delete.

Anyway, I was just interested in what people think may happen in the finale. I've mentioned some ideas before and am interested in hearing what others have to say. I think everyone's opinion is valid and may actually bring more insight into what the show's finale might look like.

Here's my speculation:
Richard will find the Stone of Tears, but how he closes the veil may in fact turn out to be the worst thing he could do which would therefore prove his evil side (but not really because he was doing it out of concern for the world's safety - after all the biggest disasters can come from the best intentions, right
Anyway, I think Zedd, Cara and Kahlan will question Richard's purity (yes even Kahlan) which will therefore force Kahlan to be the voice of reason as she is the Mother Confessor, and she'll have to touch Richard with her power; though we all know how that will actually turn out (well, those of us that have read the books anyways).
I do believe that the veil will be closed eventually and all will end well.
So yes, there's my one speculation...I have other theories as well but would like to hear some others first! So, speculate away!!!

I think Nicci will have a part of play in the finale. It might be that she will gain redemption in the end by helping Richard seal the rift and the enemy of light could be Nicci, Richard and Kahlan will be separated again I think and will have to face challenges alone. Richard will finally realize what's been right there all along and Kahlan will confess him in one way or another. That's my speculation anyway, of course the writers can make me eat my words later.

I think the end will included Nicci helping out the Seeker and Richard will (as the prophecy said) give the Stone of Tear to the keeper. And a happy ending ofc. Exactly how these components will work out together, I leave that to the producers/directors.

That sounds like an initeresting scenario. All I can speculate now is that Nicci will be involved, as the enemy of the light, but I've said this before and I've got nothing more to add.

It would be cool though if somehow they included Darken Rahl too in the end, either helping the Seeker or dying (this time for good) with the Keeper.

or what if Kahlan's pure heart was compromised by her love for Richard that she blindly allows Richard to give the Stone to the Keeper. Or, Richard, to save Kahlan's, Zedds or Cara's life, gives the Stone to the Keeper. Oh so many possibilities!
I do think Richard will get his powers back
and I do think Richard and Kahlan will get together. I also think Kahlan could touch him by accident as well. Possible that she goes into ConDar and doesn't realize it's Richard (similar to books) and touches him then unknowingly...so many possibilities

I would agree with most of it but I don't think Richard will ever give the stone of the tears to the keeper even if it means Kahlan, Cara or Zedd's life...it's more likely either a deception that Richard will not know or he will do it on purpose with a plan behind how to close the rift.

Oh, I forgot about the pure heart prophecy. I wonder if they'll do something with that, it could be an interesting storyline, and possbly some heavy burden for Kahlan if something happens or she does something bad (perhaps unwillingly) that causes many people to die.

so let's say darken rahl might come back to live in the episode "walter"
there is a possibility he's going to help richard and to stopp the keeper because he wants to rule the world all by himself
so he's making a deal with richard but I think this isn't really realistic, is it?

Ok, Kahlan makes a mistake which put's the world in danger (thus causing her heart to no longer be pure) thus forcing Richard to give the Stone to the Keeper as he has something else up his sleeve?! Maybe? Maybe not, lol

OR Kahlan's pure heart is no longer pure when she's in Con Dar as she doesn't think rationally when in the Con Dar...and she hasn't been in Con Dar in Season 2 yet (aside from that Cara episode) and we all know Kahlan's heart is definitely NOT pure when in Con Dar...she almost tried killing that innocent princess in Season 1...something else to ponder now

Stupid SOB's. lol. Oh how I wish I could write the story-lines...then again if I were to do that I'm pretty sure the fanbase would basically be horny, love-struck individuals such as myself, lol. Pretty sure we'd lose a lot of the fanbase if I wrote the stories. Oh well, one can only wish!

I wonder as well if Darken Rahl will be back for the season finale. I kind of hope not. He's been sort of bugging me lately. I mean what was the purpose of killing him when he can still communicate with everyone alive and manipulate them...he might as well still be alive as far as I'm concerned.
However Craig Parker is great so I shouldn't comlpain I suppose

I think he has been really good at playing bad although he didn't really have too many lines this season apart from "I have a deal for you" until Hunger. Technically the main villian is supposed to be the keeper this season even though we have only heard him twice. It looks like we will see a lot of DR next week which might setup the remaining 4 episodes...

Some questions : What about this boy (casting side i read sometime ago ) to do with Richard ? Is he playing any role or not ? Who going to take the mark of the keeper from Richard ?
