Yay, finally! I'll listen to it as soon as it's finished downloading, the speed is pretty slow at the moment.

Downloading now! Looking forward to this one. "Fury" is one of the best episodes of the season hands-down for me.

As a side note, I think they choose specific episodes for re-running in advance of the new shows. Touched before Torn, so new fans could understand how confession works and why R&K can't be together physically, and now both Wizard and Fury before the new eps... possibly before Vengeance and who knows what other goodness in the upcoming storylines as a result of Fury.

I always listen to the podcasts (religiously), but can I make a suggestion? I love the idea of a podcast about LOTS, but is there anyway you can spice it up just a bit? Right now it sounds a bit just like three people talking, but maybe you could add some humor or more special guest speakers (like deej, that was fun!). Just so it snaps the listener to attention. Usually I listen to the podcasts when I'm cooking or reading the forums and sometimes I forget everything I've heard in the last five minutes because nothing particularly leaped out at me.
Wouldn't it be cool to invite a new guest on every now and then, maybe someone from the forums each week who stuck out to you in one topic or seemed to have a strong or funny opinion about something? It would just add that extra bit of awesome. Or you could make segments in the show, like the 'Funniest Moment of the Episode' part which could be you guys explaining your favorite part and laughing about it--I know reliving LOTS through you guys and hearing you laughing about it would bring a smile to my face.

Seriously, though, this was NOT meant as an insult towards any of you or the podcasts themselves. As I said, I adore them as is and these were just some ideas that popped into my head that you don't have to take.

    Anytime!

We always ask for feedback, suggestions, ideas, etc. on the podcast so feel free to post them anytime.

I think I speak for all three of us when I say that we have no problem with "constructive criticism" so don't worry about being honest with your opinions.

While the three of were podcasters before we started The Seeker Cast the actual podcast itself is still a bit of a "babe in the woods" when you think about it. With only 16 episodes under our belt we're still learning as we go. The three of us are always talking about ideas for how to improve the show and we may be able to use some of the items you mentioned.

We have discussed possibly doing some "call in shows" where we schedule a day and time to allow anyone to call us either over the Internet or via a phone so we can answer questions and have an open discussion type of show. I've done those on other podcasts and sometimes they are entertaining and sometimes "not so much".

Once the TV show is renewed for a third season (fingers crossed ) and we get into the summer break we'll have more time to brainstorm on doing some additional things with the podcast. One thing that always gets in the way is our "real life" jobs and family commitments. While we'd love to have hours and hours to do these podcasts unfortunately we only have so much available time to work on them.

Thanks again for some great feedback.

You rule, those ideas sound great, and I really didn't even think of taking into consideration your jobs and life outside of Seeker and for that I apologize. I know you guys rock it every episode and I appreciate you actually being nice about my post, I was literally petrified for hours after I posted it that you guys would bite my head off, lol! I should have known better; this is the Seeker fandom we're talking about here and everyone in it is awesome and nice =]

Hey there! No worries at all. As Kev said - we're still getting a feeling for working together and always welcome suggestions or ideas for improvements. Of course, please know these changes won't happen over night (i.e. as Kevin mentioned - the real world kinda does come first- goofy bills and such!), but we will definitely talk about them over the next few weeks and as we decide what to do over the summer hiatus, we'll really be able to suss out new format ideas for the show. Thanks as always for your feedback and of course for listening!

Great job as always guys…I love the little throw-in of Cara saying “I found it on the side of the road, it died a peaceful death”, lol. Cara’s one-liners are the best. It is always good to go back to some previous episodes because you always catch something a 2nd or 3rd time around that you missed on the 1st. Keep up the good work

Something else I wanted to throw out there… Since Kurt is such a bookie, is he going to also do a podcast discussing the series of books?

That is a great question. We are discussing some options of book-based mini-casts to throw out on the feed, but that would again probably be closer to summer. Stay tuned!

I would love to hold some discussions on the books... though it would take another reading through the series again to do it justice... :igh:: the things I would do for you people

If we were to have a bookie podcast, it might be an option to have other bookies Skype into the conversation for a round table discussion... just an idea at this point. I will give this some serious thought though. We all know how hard it is for me to keep my mouth shut on book spoilers as it is

That's cool...Yeah, I've been waiting for you to let one slip, since I can't help myself from scanning the forums and places on the web for spoilers

Yeah, I've gotten so into the tv series, that I've ordered the 1st book, but haven't cracked the cover...pesky jobs and school, just take up time, lol. But listening to ya'll podcast on the way from work to school or anytime on the road keeps me up to date on the fandom, keep it up Thanks for the time and effort ya'll do

If that bookie podcast happens, I hope someone will write a summary here about the opinions, without the spoilers.

I understand the need to not be spoiled although I think most of us in real life wouldn't complain so much about being spoiled rotten Personally, I think it's a great idea to have a podcast dedicated to the book just because there is so much to compare and talk about without being judgmental about the show. I totally understand Kurt's pain about keeping his mouth shut about so many book related discussions that can come from a lot of episodes. As long as everyone gets sufficient warning about spoilers it shouldn't ruin anything and I am sure someone can do a post without the spoilers for everyone who wants to participate but not be spoiled.
